Role Description
The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bloomfield, CT. Day-to-day tasks include managing member communications, updating databases and records, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to association leadership.
The Administrative Assistant will assist with membership renewals and registrations, support basic sales and outreach activities, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. This role requires consistent in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients to support high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and clerical skills to manage scheduling, filing, data entry, and general office tasks.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with members, clients, and colleagues.
- Experience with executive administrative assistance or support to boards or committees in an association or office setting.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), social media, and comfortable working with databases or CRM systems.
