Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong custodial skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus. This position will be at different locations within the Charlotte area.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Perform Post Construction Cleaning a various jobs and loctions.
- Operate specialized equipment such as floor buffers and polishers to maintain floor care standards.
- Handle chemical agents safely for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial cleaning projects.
- Follow established procedures for chemical storage, disposal, and usage to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles within diverse environments is preferred
- Knowledge of janitorial procedures, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Ability to operate floor buffers, scrubbers, and other custodial equipment effectively. We will offer training in these areas.
- Familiarity with handling chemical agents safely and understanding relevant safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
