Order Fulfillment Associate
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, supporting warehouse operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating material handling equipment, performing order picking, packing, and shipping tasks, and collaborating with team members to meet operational goals. Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse
- Perform order picking by accurately selecting items based on order specifications
- Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery to customers
- Prepare shipments and coordinate shipping & receiving activities
- Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks and updates
- Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Occasionally lift 50 lbs or more to handle inventory and supplies effectively
Skills
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if necessary)
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing
- Physical stamina and strength to lift 50 lbs or more regularly
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic understanding of inventory management processes is preferred but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
