Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Oil Change Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekend work, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees can expect approximately 22 paid days off annually, including holidays and PTO, providing a balanced work-life environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for automotive care.
Duties
- Perform oil changes efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect vehicles for potential issues during service visits
- Replace oil filters and other basic vehicle fluids as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed and any additional recommendations
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies at all times
- Complete all necessary documentation related to services provided in a timely manner
