S & S TV & Appliances has been in the industry for decades, S & S stands for service and satisfaction! S & S employees drive company owned vehicles to their repairs! Employees are factory trained, experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual. Our factory-trained technicians are readily available to service your appliance whether in or out of warranty. We also do in-store repairs at our Norwich location. We are looking for someone to join our team, timeliness, exceptional work ethic, dedication and organization are key.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while performing appliance repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various appliances
- Repair and replace faulty components to ensure proper functioning of appliances
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on appliances
- Install and assemble new appliances as needed
- Drive a company owned vehicle and maintain cleanliness within
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in appliance repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
