Job Description:
Position Description: Position Responsibilities: Review and complete Social Security Overpayment waivers. Process Representative Payee applications accurately and efficiently. Prepare Social Security address changes. Scan, sort, and index incoming mail. Review and approve medical invoices. Attend and participate in intake staffing to support client service coordination. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of government programs, benefits, and entitlements. Understanding of administrative processes related to public assistance and case management. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive documentation. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in team settings. Proficiency in office technology, including document scanning, indexing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience Required:
At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a government, healthcare, or social services setting.
Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
