S&R Fastener Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to manage and grow our Charlotte, North Carolina territory.
Unlike many commission-only opportunities, this territory includes an established customer base that is currently generating approximately $3,000 per month in commissions. The successful candidate will inherit existing accounts while also focusing on opening new accounts and expanding sales within the territory.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who already has industry relationships and is looking to increase their income by adding a proven product line and established territory to their portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage and grow an established Charlotte territory
• Service and develop existing customer relationships
• Open new accounts within automotive dealerships, collision centers, service departments, fleet accounts, industrial accounts, and distributors
• Increase penetration within existing accounts
• Present cost-saving opportunities and new product solutions
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships
• Identify opportunities for inventory programs, bins, and expanded product sales
• Work closely with S&R management to grow territory revenue
Ideal Candidate
• Currently working as an independent sales representative, manufacturer’s representative, outside sales representative, or territory manager
• Has an existing book of business and established customer relationships
• Automotive aftermarket, dealership, collision center, industrial, MRO, or related sales experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Hunter mentality with the ability to open new accounts
• Comfortable working independently
• Looking to add an additional income stream and grow an existing territory
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
The territory currently generates approximately $3,000 per month in commission income through existing accounts.
The successful candidate will inherit those accounts and have the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through:
• New account acquisition
• Increased penetration within existing accounts
• Expanded product sales
• Territory growth
There is no cap on earnings potential.
