Your job will support our entire hiring funnel, from job ad creation to applicant screening, interview coordination, and employer branding.
Here's What Success Looks Like
- Writing and testing job ads that bring in quality candidates.
- Managing job boards and advertising budgets.
- Screening resumes and conducting structured screening interviews.
- Keeping our ATS clean, organized, and up-to-date.
- Managing internal job communications and referral programs.
- Creating and distributing branding content that makes S&R Enterprises shine.
- Measuring key metrics like hiring timelines, candidate feedback, and conversion rates.
- At least 2 years of recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or inside sales experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, job boards, and social media tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, business, communications, or similar).
- Ability to pass a background check if required.
