What You'll Be Responsible For

Your job will support our entire hiring funnel, from job ad creation to applicant screening, interview coordination, and employer branding.

Here's What Success Looks Like

• Writing and testing job ads that bring in quality candidates.
• Managing job boards and advertising budgets.
• Screening resumes and conducting structured screening interviews.
• Keeping our ATS clean, organized, and up-to-date.
• Managing internal job communications and referral programs.
• Creating and distributing branding content that makes S&R Enterprises shine.
• Measuring key metrics like hiring timelines, candidate feedback, and conversion rates.
  
  

What You Need to Succeed

• At least 2 years of recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or inside sales experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ATS systems, job boards, and social media tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, business, communications, or similar).
• Ability to pass a background check if required.
