YOUR ROLE AS OUR HEAVY CIVIL/ROADWAY SUPERINTENDENT
You lead the charge in keeping projects organized, safe, and on schedule. You coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage equipment and materials, and ensure every detail aligns with project goals. From tracking quantities and approving invoices to maintaining accurate logs and collaborating with engineers, you keep operations running seamlessly while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 10 years of heavy civil construction project superintendent experience
- Project management experience
- Estimating experience
- Survey experience
- Construction site management and safety skills
- Organization skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Budgeting abilities
- Knowledge of construction regulations and building codes
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Ability to read plans and perform quantity take-offs
