This position is for an entry level manager who possesses strong organization and communication skills. Must have experience working with Automotive data. Marketing experience is a bonus.
The Team:
Leading a team of 11 colleagues across the US, India and Mexico. This team supports the PAS Product portfolio, utilizing applications to create custom marketing audiences, developing market research studies, and deploying marketing email campaigns.

Production Operations Manager
About The Role:
This position is for an entry level manager who possesses strong organization and communication skills. Must have experience working with Automotive data. Marketing experience is a bonus.
The Team:
Leading a team of 11 colleagues across the US, India and Mexico. This team supports the PAS Product portfolio, utilizing applications to create custom marketing audiences, developing market research studies, and deploying marketing email campaigns.
Responsibilities And Impact:
- Managing the workload of the team is a primary responsibility. Each team member works multiple jobs at the same time
- Coaching and mentoring the newer members of the team
- Working with Sales and Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction
- Working with Product to assist in the changing or developing of new products, giving a delivery perspective
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business or Technology
- Experience with either Automotive Industry Data or Marketing Industry data
- Strong organizational skills related to workload management
- Good communication skills for working across the organization
- Previous Management Experience is a plus but not required
- Experience in the Email Marketing space
- Technical skills helpful (Strong Excel, any scripting)
