Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are upheld.
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment.
- Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly.
- Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until emergency responders arrive.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance technology, and loss prevention strategies.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and CPR certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly and professionally.
