What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2026/27 SOAR Academy Shuttle Bus Aide/ Behavior Interventionist paraprofessional position at S.O.A.R. Academy?
This position will provide essential support to students and teachers throughout the school day. Responsibilities will include assisting with classroom transitions, addressing students’ academic and behavioral needs, and providing transportation support when needed. The individual will collaborate closely with teachers and the school team to maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment while helping students develop the skills necessary for academic, behavioral, and personal success.
Pay Range:
26 or 27 (Based on level of Education, this is not the hourly rate of pay)
Step 6-12 (Based on experience)
7.50 hours/day
180 days for a full contracted year
