We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth within our real estate team. Responsibilities
1. Lead & Develop the Sales Team
- Coach, mentor, and elevate agents through structured 1:1s and group sessions
- Set clear goals, standards, and expectations for production and performance
- Provide accountability, support, and guidance for agents at all levels
2. Drive Sales Growth & Conversion
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure strong follow-up and client conversion
- Support agents with negotiation strategy, deal structure, and sales opportunities
- Improve sales skills, presentations, and overall professionalism within the team
3. Recruit & Onboard New Agents
- Identify, attract, and hire top-producing and emerging agents
- Oversee training and development of new agents through the 30-60-90 process
- Build a strong talent bench to support team expansion
4. Enhance Client Experience & Quality Standards
- Ensure agents follow team systems, standards, and best practices
- Help resolve escalations and protect client experience
- Drive consistent 5-star service, referrals, and repeat business
5. Collaborate on Business & Lead Generation Strategy
- Work with leadership on sales goals, growth plans, and market strategy
- Monitor performance of lead sources and opportunities for improvement
- Support brand visibility through events, networking, and community engagement
- Set clear goals, standards, and expectations for production and performance
- Provide accountability, support, and guidance for agents at all levels
Requirements/Skills
- 70 real estate transactions (30 sale-side) till date
- Prior experience building or leading a real estate team
- Personal database of 400 contacts
- Deep knowledge of contracts, negotiations, appraisal and financing
- Expertise with lead generation methods: Open Houses, Circle Prospecting, Door Knocking, Farming, etc.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent at building rapport
- People oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Learning based
- Proven track record of building and leading a team
- High school graduate
- Real estate license
- 1–3 years of industry and sales experience required
- 1–3 years of management experience required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
