S&N Group Real Estate is seeking a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help convert leads into qualified opportunities for our sales team. This role is far more than simply setting appointments; you will serve as the first impression of our brand and play a key role in creating trust, uncovering client motivation, and delivering a high-level advisory experience from the very first conversation.
As an ISA, you’ll be responsible for engaging both new and existing leads, including past inquiries, open house leads, social media leads, nurture pipelines, and database reactivation opportunities. You’ll spend your day building relationships, conducting meaningful conversations, managing follow-up systems, and helping clients take confident next steps in their real estate journey.
The ideal candidate is warm, level-headed, organized, persistent, and highly coachable. They are relationship-driven while still motivated by goals and results. They are confident asking for the appointment, skilled at building rapport quickly, and detail-oriented enough to maintain exceptional CRM accuracy and follow-through.
