We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Pressure Washer / Shop Helper to join our Equipment team. This role supports our highway and heavy civil construction operations by keeping equipment clean, safe, and ready for the field. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows directions well, and doesn’t mind getting dirty in a fast-paced shop environment.

- Clean and pressure wash construction equipment, trucks, and tools.
- Assist mechanics and technicians with basic repairs, maintenance, and part runs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, yard, and wash bay areas.
- Safely operate small equipment such as pressure washers, forklifts, and skid steers (training provided).
- Perform routine inspections and report issues or damage to the Shop Foreman.
- Support field operations with equipment delivery, fueling, and light maintenance as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
- Full-time position.
- Typical workdays fall Monday through Friday; occasional evening or weekend availability may be requested for special tasks.
- Mix of indoor work and light outdoor maintenance.
- Previous experience with pressure washing, shop work, or construction equipment preferred but not required—will train the right person.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (CDL a plus).
- Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed.
