Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for commerce and provisioning capabilities, including Quoting, order management, and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Partner with engineering teams to design scalable microservices-based architectures.
- Own integrations with key enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), PROS CPQ, SAP S/4HANA and in-house microservices.
- Ensure seamless provisioning workflows that align with customer entitlements and billing.
- Establish and maintain OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align product goals with company strategy.
- Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure product success, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business impact.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making and product iteration
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional products in the Commerce, CPQ, and Provisioning space.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., D365), CPQ platforms (e.g., PROS), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA).
- Experience working with microservices architectures and API-driven ecosystems.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS subscription models and quote-to-cash processes.
- Familiarity with provisioning systems and entitlement management.
- Background in agile product development methodologies.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on architecture and implemention
