Hiring: CRM Functional Lead – Dynamics 365 CE
Location: Pennsylvania - *Need locals or near by states*
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Key Requirements:
7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service Module).
Strong experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Functional Solution Design.
Hands-on experience with Data Migration, Data Mapping, and SQL.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with SAP/ERP systems, Contact Center applications, IVR, and Customer Portals.
Ability to lead workshops, support user adoption, training, and change management activities.
Experience with large-scale CRM implementations and complex integrations.
Preferred:
Dynamics 365 Certifications (MB-230, MB-910, PL-200, PL-600).
Experience in Transportation/Tolling industry.
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices.
