Construction Foreman

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Duties

• Lead and supervise construction crews, managing team performance and workflow to meet project timelines
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to optimize workflow
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and federal construction safety regulations across all site activities
• Manage subcontractor contracts, procurement processes, and ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee construction safety management practices on-site
• Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication
• Oversee construction schedule coordination, ensuring timely completion of project milestones
• Supervise site operations including blueprint reading, construction drawing review, and technical problem-solving
• Manage crew management activities including hiring, training, safety briefings, and performance evaluations

Experience

• Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on large-scale projects
• Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and quality control procedures
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and manage project scheduling using Primavera P6 or Primavera P3 software
• Hands-on experience with construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management processes
• Familiarity with construction safety management tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing when applicable
• Strong communication skills for effective managerial oversight and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Prior experience managing pipeline or infrastructure projects is a plus but not required
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and oversee construction drawing review for compliance with project specifications

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
