Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial sawmill maintenance, project management, and possess strong leadership qualities.

Duties
- Maintain and repair sawmill equipment
- Oversee and organize spare parts inventory
- Conduct mechanical repairs and troubleshooting
- Manage maintenance and mill improvement projects
- Repair and fabricate components as needed

Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Welding and fabrication

Job Types: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
