We are a locally owned and growing electrical contractor performing residential, commercial, industrial, and low-voltage work throughout the Nashville area. Our team values craftsmanship, accountability, problem-solving, and people who take pride in doing things the right way.
What You’ll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, industrial, and low-voltage environments
- Run conduit, pull wire, terminate panels, install lighting, devices, disconnects, and controls
- Assist with temporary power setups, generators, and mobile electrical systems
- Read blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
- Perform troubleshooting on electrical circuits, equipment, and controls
- Conduct job site safety inspections and maintain OSHA-compliant work practices
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members on job progress
- Use tablets and mobile apps for work orders, time tracking, material usage, and documentation
- Support project completion by working closely with field leads and project managers
- Continue developing your trade knowledge through hands-on training and company-sponsored education
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electrical work preferred for electricians; apprentices should have mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of NEC standards and OSHA safety practices preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use mobile apps, tablets, and digital job tracking systems
- Basic hand tools, cordless drill set, and meter tester required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift equipment, work on ladders, and perform physical job duties safely
- Willingness to travel locally throughout Middle Tennessee
- Dependable attendance and professional attitude
