Job Title: Maintenance Technician III – Industrial Refrigeration / Cold Storage

Location: Mickleton, NJ

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, including refrigeration systems, ripening rooms, material handling equipment, conveyors, and dock equipment
• Lead complex repairs and serve as a technical resource for Maintenance Technicians I and II
• Support the preventive maintenance program and maintain accurate work order documentation
• Partner with the Maintenance Manager on projects, contractor coordination, and parts needs
• Uphold food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards at all times

What You'll Bring

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (cold storage, food manufacturing, or distribution preferred)
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or technical certification in a mechanical, electrical, or industrial discipline strongly preferred.
• 4 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience, including demonstrated expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior technical capacity; experience with PLC systems required.
• Well-rounded knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, equipment, and materials used in the Maintenance Technician trade.
• Experience developing and managing PM programs and working with CMMS platforms.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems a strong plus
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and a flexible schedule as needed
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Pay: $22.37 - $34.67 per hour
