What You'll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of the hiring process - job posts, interviews, and offers
- Run payroll end-to-end-processing, auditing, troubleshooting, and ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time
- Support benefits administration including medical, 401(k), and workers' comp
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions, concerns, and guidance
- Lead onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success from day one
- Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Play a key role in building a culture where people feel valued and want to stay
What You Bring
- 3 years of HR experience
- Solid foundation in HR best practices and employment law
- Strong interpersonal skills-you build trust easily
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (iSolved a plus!)
- Comfort in fast-paced or multi-site environments

- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
