Responsibilities
- Install, update, and maintain signage at various event locations to maximize visibility and impact
- Transport banners, posters, promotional materials, and supplies safely and efficiently between storage areas and event sites
- Assist with setting up displays, product demos, and promotional stations to attract customer interest
- Engage with event attendees through friendly communication, providing information about products or services when appropriate
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring all signage and materials are properly positioned and maintained throughout events
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate logistics for supplies delivery and setup schedules
- Conduct routine inspections of signage and materials to ensure quality standards are met and report any damages or issues
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with the public and team members
- Experience or interest in marketing, event marketing, or customer service roles
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport supplies safely over various distances
