• *Actual Work Schedule Will Be Set On a Weekly Basis And Subject To Management’s Operation Needs.

【ESSENTIAL FUNCTION】（MAIN JOB DUTIES）

• Carpet cleaning with vacuum cleaner and dust the office areas.
• Floor cleaning.
• Dust and clean windows.
• Clean microwave oven and refrigerator in break room; wiping down and sanitizing desks, tables, appliances and sinks; replenishing tissue boxes.
• Waste removal
• Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, bathroom doors, and door handles; replenish paper towels, tissue boxes; floor cleaning; waste removal; clean stains on the surfaces of items.
• Assist maintenance staff with their work as needed.
• Work in the freezer to pick/sort the goods

【REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES】(JOB REQUIREMENTS)

• Fully understand and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• 90% of work time requires standing and walking.
• Private vehicle required
• Ability to work in cold conditions(The temperature is -10℃ or 15℉), i.e., freezer

【PRIOR EXPERIENCE】

• 1 year of experience as an administrator/housekeeper preferred.
