S'IRÈNE Head Spa is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our luxury wellness team. Responsibilities
- Perform customized massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal (if certified), hot stone, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and wellness goals.
- Create a relaxing, luxury experience for every guest.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms between clients.
- Educate guests on wellness recommendations and promote retail products and spa services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the S'IRÈNE team to deliver an exceptional spa experience.
- Maintain Tennessee licensing requirements and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license required.
- Previous spa experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Dependable, motivated, and passionate about wellness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
- Availability to work at least two Saturdays per month is preferred.
- Flexible weekday scheduling.
