S&I Exteriors is expanding our South Jersey restoration team and looking for experienced sales professionals who understand roofing, storm damage, homeowners, and the insurance-restoration process.
If you've worked in roofing or storm restoration and know how to generate opportunities, inspect properties, work with homeowners, and close projects, we'd like to speak with you.
$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Qualified candidates with relevant roofing/restoration sales experience may be eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

What You'll Do
- Generate roofing and exterior opportunities within your territory
- Prospect and canvass residential neighborhoods
- Build referral and networking relationships
- Perform roof and exterior inspections
- Identify potential storm damage
- Meet directly with homeowners
- Educate customers about the restoration process
- Assist homeowners through insurance-restoration projects when applicable
- Communicate professionally with adjusters and other parties when required
- Present roofing and exterior solutions
- Close contracts
- Follow up consistently
- Maintain your sales pipeline and CRM activity
- Work with our production team through project completion

Requirements
- Relevant roofing/restoration/exterior sales experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable speaking directly with homeowners
- Strong prospecting and closing ability
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
