This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Sales Manager role while continuing to lead by example.
What You'll Do
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing future sales representatives.
- Help train and mentor new roofing sales professionals.
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide field coaching.
- Support sales meetings and ongoing development.
- Work alongside company leadership to improve sales systems and processes.
- Help build a high-performing, 100% self-generated sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of roofing sales experience (Required).
- Insurance restoration roofing sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring or training other sales representatives.
- JobNimbus experience.
- CompanyCam experience.
- EagleView experience.
- Xactimate knowledge.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
