S&H Youth and Adult Services is currently hiring for full-time and contract Outpatient Therapists to join our strong team of professionals for our Sanford office. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, has a passion for helping others and engaged.
General Responsibilities
- Complete Intake Assessment for the assigned beneficiary
- Develop treatment plans/PCP for each assigned beneficiary
- Provide individual, group, family, or family group therapy for the assigned beneficiary(s)
- Complete daily services notes for the beneficiary.
