Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail or promotional environments to introduce products, services, and current offers
- Provide clear and helpful information to assist customers with their purchasing decisions
- Represent brands professionally while delivering a positive customer experience
- Work closely with team members to support sales campaigns and daily goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, sales strategy, and leadership development
- Assist with campaign setup, displays, and promotional materials when needed
- Track customer interactions and daily performance metrics
- Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as you grow within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales is a plus
- Strong interest in developing sales and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident speaking with new people and building relationships
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is helpful but not required
