Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Realtor located in Conway, SC, with opportunities for remote work. The Realtor will guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring smooth and positive real estate experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include marketing property listings, conducting property showings, advising clients on market trends and property values, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires collaboration with team members as well as direct interaction with clients to meet their real estate needs.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
- Proficiency in Sales and experience applying negotiation strategies
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry or related fields is advantageous
