Small Engine Setup Technician
Location: 281 Redbud St., Rogersville, MO
Position Summary
As a Setup Technician you will report to the Site Manager and will be responsible for setting up and prepping lawn & garden equipment, ATVs, UTVs, compact tractors, and other equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Set up and prep equipment
- Work well within a team environment
- Must bring your own tools
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Self-starter and motivated individual
- Work safely, following all S&H safety procedures
Scheduling requirements
- Work hours can be between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Minimum of 5 days and 40 hours per week, unless time off is approved
- Limited Overtime is possible

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Navigating stairs and inclines
- Traverse on rock, gravel or uneven ground
- Exposure to outside elements on regular basis
- High noise level due to engines running
- Exposure to diesel fumes
- Wear safety items in the shop (safety glasses, steel toed boots)
- Data entry and computer use
