Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop creative outreach strategies and manage multi-channel social media campaigns.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing contracts, timelines, and relationships.
- Creative Direction: Direct the development of online and offline creative design assets.
- Community Partnerships: Coordinate directly with local businesses, stakeholders, and residents to build program partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Help manage project teams and ensure flawless tactical implementation under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of professional experience managing communications projects or agency clients.
- Language: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication).
- Mindset: Ability to work independently, pivot quickly in fast-paced situations, and maintain a thirst for continuous learning.
