S&G Carpet is dedicated to providing the premiere customer service experience to its customers. And as a Customer Service Manager, you will help ensure that S&G continues to set that industry standard.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will visit job site locations to help troubleshoot day-of-installation problems, work ensure a smooth installation experience for the customer, and diagnose/resolve any customer concerns that might arise through service tickets.
This is a salaried (exempt) position based out of Santa Clara, but this role will service the greater Santa Clara County area. Applicants must live in the South Bay.

- A servant’s mindset (understand and exhibit servant leadership)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform light-to-moderate physical activity throughout the day
