Seeking Full or Part-Time Hire
We are looking for bright, talented, and honest individuals interested in selling fine jewelry. For over 130 years of business, we have helped thousands of couples find their perfect diamond engagement ring. As a certified sales consultant, share in customers milestone moments such as anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, etc.

Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
- Additional duties as ownership see fit

Requirements
- Prior sales experience is helpful, though not required.
- Prior jewelry experience is helpful, though not required.
- Full Time: 40 hours
- Part-Time: 30-35 hours
- Open Monday-Saturday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, closed Sunday; Must be able to work Saturdays with a day off during the week
- Must be able to work throughout the holiday season; No additional time off in November-December beyond the regularly scheduled day off provided. Closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. Open Black Friday weekend, Christmas Eve (until 4:00 pm), and New Year's Eve.
Compensation
- Hourly base plus commission
