Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily functions of our new delivery company. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, communicating with warehouse staff, helping interview new drivers and setting up schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties

• Lead and supervise drivers and dispatch including hiring, training, employee orientation, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and high-performing team
• Implement operational policies and procedures related to sales management, shift management, budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store safety compliance
• Conduct interviews for potential new hires; facilitate onboarding processes; develop training & development programs for staff growth
• Monitor performance metrics; analyze retail math data; develop strategies to improve overall performance
