Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Archer Meat Snacks, the fastest growing jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty channel, is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to support the efficient operation and day-to-day management of our warehouse.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing warehouse transactions within our ERP system, including receiving, storage, inventory tracking, and product pulls. You will work closely with warehouse, production, office, and management teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely processing, and smooth warehouse operations.

This position is ideal for someone who can remain calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver accurate, time-sensitive work.

What You Will Own

Warehouse Receiving & Inventory Management
• Receive all inbound shipments and accurately enter transactions into the ERP system
• Create warehouse tags for pallets, cartons, and individual pieces
• Process packing lists and bills of lading for all received product
• Document shortages, overages, damages, or discrepancies within 24 hours or sooner
• Upload clear and accurate photos related to damaged or exception shipments
• Scan and upload packing lists and BOLs into the database using proper naming conventions
• Attach receiving documentation to assigned projects in the system
• Update pallet locations and inventory status within the ERP

Warehouse Operations & Project Support
• Allocate warehouse receiving time to the appropriate project
• Research unknown or unidentified shipments and collaborate with Inventory Supervisor and Inventory Analyst to resolve issues
• Document unknown shipments with photos and detailed notes in the database
• Process product pulls for project deliveries
• Print pull requests outlining locations, quantities, and partial pull requirements
• Review and print load plans when required

Returns & Documentation
• Receive and process product returned from the field
• Create and update inbound shipments for Returns to Warehouse (RTW)
• Notify Customer Service and Cost Accounting of discrepancies or issues related to returns
• Create warehouse tags for returned products and update locations in the system (RMA log)

General Responsibilities
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all warehouse transactions
• Communicate receiving issues or discrepancies to the Installation Coordinator and team
• Remain proficient in ERP/database processes and system usage
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Sets You Apart

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of related warehouse or inventory experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with warehouse, production, and office teams
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
