In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll drive operational excellence by improving KPIs, developing your team, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards.You’ll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams—including quality, warehouse, maintenance, and sanitation—to solve problems, improve efficiency, and maintain a high-performing production environment.
