What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Production Operator Batching 2nd Shift - Conway, AR position at S&D Coffee?
Primary Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members
* Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift
* Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians
* Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians
* Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves
* Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift
* Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines
* If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly
