Qualifications:
- 2 year minimum on the job experience
- Must have driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in uncomfortable conditions for example: environmental factors such as temperature variations, small spaces, and heights
- Must have previous experience with residential (remodel/new construction) or commercial (installation and maintenance)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work alone or lead a crew
- Organized, punctual, respectful of resources, customers and co workers
Responsibilities:
- Be solution oriented; troubleshooting and implement resolutions.
- Goal oriented; meet project completion deadlines in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- Install systems based on schematics and verbal direction.
- Ability to pull wire, install conduit, install panels and necessary connections.
- Complete maintenance for existing customers and service calls
- Train and supervised apprentices, delegating when necessary
- Operate diggers, bucket trucks, hand tools, and equipment necessary for projects
- Maintain knowledge of and implement safety procedures at all times
- Safely and accurately prepare work sites with warning signs and secure areas
