Essential Functions
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Leadership: To co-design, align and standardize Receipt to Deliver processes
- Develop processes and support execution of processes per Supply Chain business requirements for: Receiving and Putaway, Warehouse and Materials Movement, WIP Tracking and Material Consumption, Inventory adjustments, Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory
- Work Collaboratively with Supply Chain Leadership: To balance enterprise level requirements with site level operational needs,ensuring governance and accountability per business requirements, bluepriniting, Implementation and Delivery (Business Led): Partners across teams to support blueprinting, build, test, deply and stabilizationb activities for Receipt to Deliver.
- Contribute to future state process definitions and collaborate with sites to support consistent implementation and adoption. Work across Supply Chain, IT and System Integrator to align business intent with delivered solutions. Surface risks, dependencies and gaps early and work through established governance forums to support resolution.governance, Controls and Compliance Enablement: Contributes to defining and maintaining enterprise process standards and control farmeworks for inventory accuracy, material flow and WIP tracking.
- Partners with Global Supply Chain Leaders, Finance and Internal Audit to ensure processes support inventory valuation, audit readiness and compliance requirements.
- Design control requirements into process design rather than layering them post implementation.
- System Integrator and IT Enablement (Business Led): Serves as a key business process counterpart to IT and the System Integrator to deliver Receipt to Deliver capabilities. Operate a “Two in a Box” model with the System Integrator functional leads, ensuring business requirements are clearly represented and validated. Review and provide on System Integrator deliverables (process designs, solution options, test outcomes) to ensure alignment with approved business processes. Support discussions regarding scope, sequencing, and effort from a business perspective.
- Testing and Buisness Validation: Partners with functional teams to ensure business readiness and validation for Receipt to Deliver testing cycles.
- Collaboratively defines test scenarios, test cases and success criteria, including UAT participation and sign off. Validates that implemented solutions support accurate inventory tracking, WIP visibility and operational execution. Assists in prioritizing defects and gaps based on business impact.
- Change Management and Adoption Support: Co-Leads change management planning and execution. Partners with Change Management and Global Supply Chain Leaders to prepare the business for new processes and tools. Leads and develops training plans, tools, and ensure process documentation and acceptance. Serve as the business process subject matter expert during go-live and stabilization. Support post go-live optimization and continuous improvement
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, IT and Value Stream Operational Material Management teams to ensure Receipt to Deliver processes integrate with - Scheduling and Procurement, Manufacturing execution, Inventory valuation and finance close.Facilitate alignment discussions when cross functional dependencies require coordination.
- Continuous Improvement and KPIs: Partners with Global Supply Chain Leadership to define and track KPIs for inventory accuracy, material flow performance, WIP visibility, process timelines and operational throughput , while driving continuous improvements across Receipt to Deliver processes
- Decision rights and Accountability: Serves as a collaborative process design authority for Receipt to Deliver, aligned to Global Supply Chain Leadership business requirements and direction. Partners with stakeholders to support business readiness, UAT outcomes and adoption success .
- Proven strategic and technically strong cross-functional leader with extensive experience in driving process excellence and
- partnering effectively across IT, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Experienced hands-on implementation leader with a track record of ensuring new processes function reliably in real-world
- execution.
- Recognized as a high-impact change agent with demonstrated success guiding teams through large-scale transformation.
- Experienced in aligning diverse stakeholders through clear, compelling communication of business value and intent (“the why”).
- Proven capability to navigate and resolve complex cross-functional tradeoffs while maintaining enterprise alignment.
- Demonstrated strength in driving sustained adoption of new processes, behaviors, and operating models.
- Strong ability to proactively identify risks, remove barriers, and reinforce consistent, scalable ways of working.
- Track record of ensuring transformation initiatives are fully embraced, embedded, and continuously improved across the
- organization.
- Excellnce in change management
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and transformation environments
- Experience in a large (2 billion-dollar revenue) B2B manufacturing company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 8 years of experience in material flow architecture and warehouse management design and execution
- Demonstrated experience leading change in end to end business processes in complex operating environments
- Hands on experience in supporting ERP implementations or major enterprise-wide transformations
- Strong understanding of Material Flow
- WIP and material consumption models
- Manufacturing and warehouse operations
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical teams
- Master’s degree is preferred (MBA or Supply Chain Management)
- Experience with large scale ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle/SAP)
- Experience with large scale Business Led ERP Transformations
- Manufacturing or industry environment experience
- Experience working with System Integrators
- Certifications – Lean, Six Sigma, PMP
