Description
Our Social Media Account Executive plays a central role on client accounts, supporting and helping lead the development and execution of social media strategies. You'll help manage day-to-day client communications, deliverables, reporting, and campaign execution across a variety of industries. You’re expected to bring ideas to the table, maintain strong attention to detail, and help drive measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications and project coordination
- Contribute to and execute social media strategies including content planning, platform management, audience engagement, and integration with broader campaign goals
- Develop and schedule engaging, on-brand social media content
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing ongoing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal team and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new opportunities for clients
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members when needed
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience (agency experience a plus) and the following qualities:
- Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across media types
- Confident verbal communication and client presentation abilities
- Deep familiarity with social platforms and their business tools
- Experience using tools like Brandwatch, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive mindset with a passion for results and continuous learning
- Experience with influencer outreach or social ad campaigns is a plus
