Delivery Driver – FedEx Ground Contractor (Full-Time)

S&B Operations, a contractor for FedEx Ground, is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. If you are reliable, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to start a rewarding career in package delivery.
Pay & Schedule:
- $130/day starting pay $150 after training
- $20/day bonus for working Saturdays
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional Saturday
- Full-time position with year-round work
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle (box truck or step truck) to deliver packages to homes and businesses
- Load and unload packages efficiently
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Accurately scan and track all deliveries
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Good driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus
- Previous delivery driver or commercial driving experience preferred but not required
