Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and mechanical knowledge, with experience in field service and property maintenance. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumbing Technician will work independently and collaboratively to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions.
- Install, maintain, and repair various plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians to address integrated plumbing and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used during each job.
- Assist in the design and build of new plumbing systems for residential or commercial properties as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC, and property maintenance.
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
