Job Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for reviewing shop drawings and assembling a variety of crash cushions. Responsibilities include picking parts for orders, packaging materials for shipment by outside haulers and making deliveries as needed. A valid class B CDL is required. The role also maintains organized inventory and performs physical inventory counts
Key Responsibilities
- Review shop drawings and assemble crash cushion products according to specifications.
- Pick, package and prepare shipments for customer orders.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently from trucks and flatbeds.
- Deliver products and materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory within the warehouse.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and assists with inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a physically demanding environment.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
