This Field Services Technician I position at our client provides primary support for end-user devices and computer hardware to IHA providers and staff. The role involves user support, maintenance, installation, and project coordination to support assigned systems.
Must have
- Associate degree or higher
- Help Desk Support (1 years)
- Microsoft Windows (1 years)
- Active Directory (1 years)
- Citrix (1 years)
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Azure
Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with the service desk team and leadership regarding hardware and network support necessary for daily operations. Installs new hardware as directed
- Moves IT equipment as needed and ensures that all information delivered to offices, administration, and departments is accurate, timely, and complete
- Performs other duties as assigned
Schedule and Shift Details
- M-F, 8a-4:30p - No weekends. 6 week contract, extension possible. Must be able to start ASAP.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
