We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Business Development Director to join our growing Home Care organization.
The ideal candidate is a proven industry professional with extensive Home Care experience, a deep understanding of the intake and referral process, and an established network of referral sources and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth by developing and maintaining strategic referral relationships.
* Leverage existing industry connections to generate qualified referrals.
* Build and strengthen partnerships with marketers, MLTCs, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, community organizations, and other healthcare professionals.
* Work collaboratively with Intake, Care Coordination, HR, Clinical, Recruitment, and Operations teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and exceptional service.
* Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
* Help elevate the organization by improving processes, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to long-term success.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the Home Care industry.
* Deep knowledge of Home Care operations, intake, authorizations, and referral workflows.
* Strong existing network within the New York Home Care industry.
* Proven track record of generating referrals and growing business.
* Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
* Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works effectively across multiple departments.
