This is a fully remote opportunity supporting prospective and existing clients through phone-based communication and account assistance. This role involves speaking with individuals who have requested information about our services, answering questions, explaining available options, and ensuring a professional client experience throughout the process.

• $50,000$65,000 annually (performance-based)
• Additional bonus opportunities available

• Communicate with prospective and current clients by phone
• Explain service and benefit options clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with account-related inquiries, updates, and billing concerns
• Recommend suitable solutions based on client needs
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain records
• Follow company procedures, workflows, and communication standards

• Experience in telesales, customer service, account management, or client support preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Must have access to a laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
• High school diploma or GED required
