About Ryzer:
Ryzer is the leading provider of software and services to youth sports camps, serving thousands of clients across the NCAA (including major Power-4 programs), high schools, and independent camps. Our clients (coaches) rely on Ryzer for marketing, registration, and management of their camps and events. Ryzer also supports the college athlete recruiting process, with tools to help coaches and athletes navigate the recruiting journey.
The Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive who’s ready to grow their sales career and make a real impact. You’ll be a key part of our sales team, connecting with prospective customers (coaches), building lasting relationships, and demonstrating how Ryzer’s suite of software and services helps them run better camps and elevate their recruiting process.

This position is best suited for an early career sales professional, who knows sales is the path for them. The right team member will want to make an impact while continuing to learn and grow through the value of direct sales mentorship from our leadership team and senior sellers.
What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert in Ryzer’s software platform so you can show prospects the value of our solutions.
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and personalized outreach to college coaches and other decision-makers.
- Work closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations to execute sales strategies and constantly refine the process from initial outreach to demo to pricing to close.
- Effectively transition new accounts to the Customer Success team.
- Embrace continuing education and ongoing feedback to constantly improve your craft.
- Conduct conversational product demos for prospective customers, serving as a trusted, knowledgeable resource.
- Thoroughly and efficiently use our technology stack (i.e. HubSpot) to manage pipeline activity, track metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Be a positive contributor to the company culture and the experience of your peers.
Experience We’re Seeking:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years of demonstrated success in a sales role
- Preference for experience in consultative selling environment as a BDR/MDR/SDR in a lead generation and/or as an AE in a closing role.
- Proven ability to build new business from the ground up through cold outreach and relationship development.
- Experience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product or in the technology or data industries is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to unique customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive and self-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
