About RYZE
RYZE Personal Training is a structured, semi-private training studio in Gorham. We run a system—not chaos. Members get scheduled workouts, guided sessions, and a consistent coaching experience. Coaches follow the system and deliver high-quality training every hour.
What You’ll Do
- Lead high-quality semi-private training sessions
- Provide member check-ins and guidance
- Maintain facility standards
- Follow RYZE coaching systems
- Track member progress inside our app
- Support sales conversations when needed
- Hold yourself accountable to reliability and professionalism
Requirements
- Certified personal trainer (or actively working toward certification)
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and coaching presence
- Early arrival, consistent attendance, and high reliability
- Ability to follow structured training systems
- Comfortable coaching in a semi-private format (3–4 clients per hour)
