We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires a professional with deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with Salesforce best practices. You will also play a key role in integrating Salesforce with external systems, optimizing performance, and supporting long-term sustainability.

• Develop and deploy customized solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Configure Salesforce environments — create and modify objects, fields, workflows, and automation to meet business needs.
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with QA teams, business analysts, and end-users to ensure quality and functionality of delivered solutions.
• Track and manage work in Jira Scrum or Kanban boards, ensuring timely updates and progress transparency.
• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.
• Conduct impact analysis and develop system designs using sustainable and scalable design patterns.
• Prepare documentation, including system design specifications, process flow diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Participate in system design reviews and peer code walk-throughs to maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor production systems and proactively identify optimization and improvement opportunities.
• Enforce organizational standards, governance policies, and security best practices throughout all Salesforce initiatives.
• Mentor team members on development standards, methodologies, and quality assurance procedures.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies to leverage new capabilities effectively.

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions across multiple modules.
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflow automation, and process builder.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or other tools.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Jira for tracking, sprint planning, and task management.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to code quality, documentation, and adherence to security and compliance standards.



• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in large-scale Salesforce implementations with multiple integrated systems.
• Familiarity with data migration, CI/CD pipelines, and security governance.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
